Terms & Conditions of Service:
Appointments can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 2PM the day before the date of your first visit by calling our Customer Services Team on 0845 555 9595. Appointments changed or cancelled after this time will incur an administration fee. If, for unforeseen circumstances, we need to change the date of your initial appointment alternatives will be offered. If re-arrangement is not possible we will give you a full refund of the fixed price paid. We accept most major credit or debit cards and when you have book your appointment you will be asked for those payment card details by a representative from A Brassett. The payment being taken covers the first call out (or visit) and labour charge (however this excludes service repairs undertaken on an hourly-rate basis). If additional parts are required, we will provide you a quotation either in writing, by email, or by telephone. Your "cooling off period" is the fourteen (14) day period from receipt of your documentation or from the initial booking date, if you change your mind during the "cooling off period", you can cancel your service call and we will refund the fee paid. However, you must pay us for any costs incurred by us in providing you with a service call, such as the cost of the call out and any repairs.
